Compensation and Benefits:

Hourly wage: $26.5 - $34.5 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Job Overview: Vision associates support customers in the eye care center, verifying prescription information, aiding in purchasing decisions, and completing lens and eyewear orders. Responsibilities may vary based on state regulations and licensing.
