About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Dividend Restaurant Group. As a Bartender, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest service and creating a memorable dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, adhering to established recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Manage the bar area, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and set up for guests.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, Servers, and other team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Follow standard procedures for accurately taking and inputting food orders, serving appetizers and menu items, and handling payments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all sanitation, food handling, and liquor regulations.
Requirements
  • Two or more years of experience as a Bartender, preferably in a fine dining restaurant.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age and have a state license to serve alcohol.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred, with basic math and computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
  • Strong team-work orientation, with the ability to take direction from others and work collaboratively.
