Job Description

We are seeking a skilled EHR and Clinical Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient use of all enterprise software applications by providing technical and functional support to team members, business units, and clinical areas. You will work closely with decision-makers across the organization to identify, recommend, develop, implement, and support technology solutions.

About the Role

The EHR and Clinical Operations Specialist will be responsible for leading our application support team and working closely with business leaders to define business and systems requirements, recommend solutions, and implement plans. This includes developing best practices for application maintenance, coordinating update schedules, and overseeing the planning, testing, and deployment for all related upgrade and enhancements. You will also design and manage the application training plan for all users, develop performance standards, and ensure that the team is meeting service level agreements.

  • Schedule: Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
  • Location: Tri-Cities Community Health, 800 W Court St, Pasco, WA.
  • Duties include:
  • Providing technical and functional support to team members, business units, and clinical areas.
  • Coordinating technical and functional support for our clinical applications.
  • Working closely with vendors to understand their technology and how it can meet the present and future needs of TCCH.
  • Reviewing and evaluating alternate technology that will meet the needs of the user with competitive costs.
