Job Summary

We're looking for a talented photographer to support our marketing efforts by capturing high-quality visual content. As an Associate Photographer, you will be responsible for creating a portfolio of photographs that showcase homes and apartments in the most appealing way possible.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visual Content Creation: Capture beautiful 3-D virtual tours and footprints to support our marketing efforts.
  • Photography Techniques: Utilize photography techniques to create visually appealing photographs of homes and apartments.
  • Client Communication: Professionally communicate with clients, sales teams, and management to evaluate priorities and tasks.
  • Market Research: Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to be photographed.

  • Professional Representation: Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

Requirements

  • Professional Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in photography or a related field.
  • Photography Skills: Experience with photography techniques and equipment.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Matterport and other photography software.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

Physical Requirements

  • Physical Demands: Repetitive sitting, standing, and walking for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Equipment Handling: Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment weighing up to 5 pounds.
  • Visual Demands: Repetitive hand and arm movements to type on a tablet or laptop and operate camera equipment.
