Job Summary

The Service Advisor plays a vital role in the success of our award-winning dealership in Northern New Jersey, working with Ford and Lincoln vehicles. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as liaison between customers and technicians
  • Clearly communicate vehicle symptoms and recommend necessary maintenance
  • Provide accurate estimates of costs for labor and parts
  • Monitor progress and communicate with customers throughout the day
  • Process repair orders and review completed work

Requirements:

  • Positive attitude and self-motivation
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Valid NJ state driver's license
