Job DescriptionWestbrook Towers is seeking a skilled Tower Technician to join our team. As a Tower Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining physical ability to climb and work at an acceptable pace determined by management.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain physical ability to climb and work at an acceptable pace determined by management.
* Ability to fill in one position above or below the position or replace someone for a short period of time.
* Ability to operate a capstan and power tools and use hand tools.
* Responsible for all tools, equipment, and material issued.
* Responsible in helping train crew members.
* Follows all our policies and practices.

Requirements:

* Familiar with RF theory.
* Familiar with RF test gear and can adequately perform basic sweeps.
* Familiar with proper procedures for all types of rigging operations.
* Familiar with basic electrical.
* Familiar with basic computer related tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Has basic civil work skills used to build telecommunications sites.
* Basic first aid/CPR trained and certified.
* Must have a valid U.S. driver's license, transportation, and ability to travel to work sites throughout the market.
* Must pass background check and drug test.
