Position Summary

We are seeking an Armed Security Officer to ensure safety and security at a grocery store location.

Compensation: Starting pay is $30.00 per hour with DailyPay options available.

Schedule: Weekend shifts from 3:00 PM to 10:15 PM.

Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid NYS Armed Guard License.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed positions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
  • Background checks will be conducted in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Drug screening may be required as part of the employment process.
  • Participation in industry-specific security and safety training programs is necessary.
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, site-specific policies, and emergency response actions when necessary.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and surrounding areas, adapting to varying environments and conditions.
