At Interim HealthCare of New Hampshire, we're seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Home Health PT, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives by providing personalized therapy in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

We're looking for a licensed Physical Therapist with a valid license in the State of New Hampshire. You'll work closely with our experienced rehabilitation team to develop and implement customized treatment plans that cater to each patient's unique needs and goals.

Requirements

  • Valid Physical Therapist License in the State of New Hampshire
  • Graduate of an accredited college-level approved program
  • Current CPR certification required
