We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Castleview Hospital. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our 39-bed facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including respiratory failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and pneumonia.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis.
  • Manage ventilators, including invasive and non-invasive ventilation, and Vapotherm and SVN treatments.
  • Assist in codes and traumas, and assist with intubation.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to provide patient care.
Requirements:
  • Active CRT or RRT license.
  • Experience working in a hospital setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Schedule:

This position typically works 3-12 hour shifts, with some night shifts. We offer a 6 on, 8 off schedule.

Unit Information:
  • 39-bed facility.
  • Patient ratios: 5:1 - nursing, RT takes all patients with RT orders.
  • Documentation system: Medhost.
