Diagnostic Technician Job Description

CFS Technology is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Technician to join our team. As a Diagnostic Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth equipment operation by resolving various technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support service-related activities to startup, maintenance, and field operations
  • Perform equipment maintenance and repair, quality control, and perform inspections
  • Communicate and collaborate with customers and stakeholders on various issues
  • Perform product testing and demonstrations as well as train internal and external staff
  • Design IN/WIN Opportunities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, or related field
  • Industry-specific certifications, preferred
  • Experienced and proficient with diagnostics tools and electrical equipment
  • Strong understanding of quality control procedures and protocols
  • Ability to perform audits and conduct inspections ensuring quality standards
  • Experience with software applications including MS Office, CAD, and similar industrial software
  • Knowledgeable with inventory management software, data visualization tools like PowerBI and Tableau, and engineer change orders

Compensation:

  • Compensation: $80,000-100,000
