Retail Sales Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Ambassador to join our team at Tommy's Car Wash Systems. If you're great with guest service, confident with technology, and enjoy working in a fast-paced but supportive team environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Job Overview:
  • This role is responsible for coaching and mentoring team members to improve sales and membership sign-ups.
  • You will coordinate and participate in local marketing campaigns to promote our services.
  • Able to effectively communicate with guests and provide quick and friendly customer service.
Salary and Benefits:

$45,000 - $60,000 per year. Competitive base pay and annual bonus, full insurance package, 401k match, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional retail environment. Car wash operating hours are Monday through Sunday from 7:00am - 9:00pm.
