Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Client Acquisition to join our team at Pacific Crest Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and collaborating with our internal teams to tailor services that meet each client's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers (CEOs, CFOs, business owners).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to tailor services meeting each client's unique needs.
  • Develop strategic plans to hit revenue targets.
  • Represent Pacific Crest Group at networking events, conferences, and meetings.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors.
Requirements: 5-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar field, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth and smashing targets. You must also be able to turn business jargon into clear, compelling conversations, and leverage CRM systems to manage your pipeline.
