Perform various tasks to maintain store organization and appearance, including cleaning, dusting, and restocking shelves.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company procedures.
  • Dust and mop floors, and clean assigned areas using assigned materials and equipment.
  • Move equipment and products to facilitate cleaning and restocking.
  • Deep clean high-traffic areas, including bathrooms, breakrooms, and entryways.
  • Keep cleaning equipment organized and notify supervisor of supply needs.
  • Seek out areas requiring cleaning and take initiative to complete tasks.
  • Perform tasks assigned by supervisor, adhering to federal, state, and local guidelines.
  • Maintain positive interactions with team members and customers, upholding company values.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience, executing cash handling to standards.
  • Engage customers on benefits of rewards programs and private label credit cards, completing enrollments as needed.
  • Assist with omnichannel processes, including buy online pickup in store and ship from store.
  • Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.
  • Support shrink and safety programs, adhering to standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods, move throughout the store, and perform physical tasks.
  • Public retail store setting with climate-controlled areas and some outdoor work.
