Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a qualified Driver to join our team at the Dorchester Family Center in Hyde Park, MA.
About the Role:The Driver will provide safe and reliable transportation services to individuals served by the Dorchester Family Center, supporting their recovery journey from substance abuse and addiction.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate a company vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all applicable driving laws and regulations.
- Coordinate transportation services with the Office Manager to ensure timely and effective delivery of services.
- Provide rides for individuals served to healthcare appointments and other essential destinations.
- Maintain client confidentiality and report any incidents or concerns to the Office Manager.
- Ensure regular vehicle maintenance and upkeep, including daily cleaning and fluid checks.
- Adhere to BHN's Driving Policy and maintain an acceptable driving record status.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- At least 6 months of driving experience with a clean driving record.
- At least 3 months of experience working in an administrative environment (preferred).
- Excellent attendance record.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work in high-demand and/or stressful environments.
- In successful recovery for two or more years.
