Key Details:

  • Working Hours: 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday (No evenings or weekends)
  • Compensation: Starting at $18.00 per hour with potential bonuses

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor, the Customer Care Specialist will undertake various customer support tasks in accordance with company protocols. Responsibilities include addressing customer needs to ensure satisfaction. This is a non-supervisory position.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Support:
  • Arrive at work and log in 5 minutes before your shift
  • Log into the system promptly at the start of your shift
  • Maintain a high level of order accuracy
  • Achieve and maintain a 90% average on performance reviews
  • Meet call-per-hour (CPH) targets
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping in the CRM system
  • Foster a collaborative team environment
  • Manage Customer Information:
  • Document all calls accurately
  • Provide detailed information on calls and resolutions
  • Adhere to CRM Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Utilize phone systems as directed
  • General Duties:
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Understand company goals and strive to meet departmental KPIs
  • Adhere to scheduled work hours
  • Complete assigned tasks

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Other:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem-solving capabilities
