Abnormal Security, a pioneer in AI-powered security solutions, is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Architect to spearhead the development of platform services and infrastructure components that embody secure-by-design principles. As a key member of our Platform Security team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's security posture while driving innovation and growth.
About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in software development, security, and system design. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to communicate complex technical ideas effectively, and have a passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable customer integration frameworks and toolings to integrate Abnormal ecosystem with external applications such as Salesforce, Slack, GitHub, Zoom, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks, ensuring that all solutions adhere to strict security standards.
- Develop and implement effective security operational analytics and auditing services to monitor and protect Abnormal infrastructure.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, with a strong focus on security and system design.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software and leading complex projects.
- Experience with Authentication & Authorization, Network Security, and related technologies.
- Strong understanding of CAP theorem, system design tradeoffs, and Golang programming language.
