Job Description

The Paper Store is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for leading the sales floor team, achieving sales goals, and maintaining merchandising standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Keyholders are expected to provide customers with a unique shopping experience by utilizing the G.U.E.S.T. service approach. This includes greeting and welcoming customers warmly, understanding their needs, explaining product features, and suggesting additional items to build sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Model the G.U.E.S.T. service approach and consistently deliver world-class service
  • Provide customers with a unique shopping experience by utilizing the G.U.E.S.T. service approach
  • Supervise the sales floor and ensure that all sales associates are meeting their responsibilities
  • Process customer returns and exchanges, and perform store opening and closing procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in specialty retail is preferred
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and be a leader
  • Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
