Downstream Operator

Ring Container Technologies is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Downstream Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining downstream production equipment, ensuring the safe and efficient production of high-quality products.

• Operate and maintain downstream production equipment, including machinery and equipment changeovers.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all downstream equipment, meeting or exceeding company-established Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) expectations and customer quality expectations.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment, and replacing worn or damaged parts.
• Monitor and control the production process, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may impact product quality or production efficiency.
• Collaborate with production team members to ensure smooth production operations and meet production targets.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet production targets.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
