Property Maintenance Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and perform maintenance tasks, including repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Assist with organizing and prioritizing service requests and general maintenance tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to resident requests and resolving issues efficiently.
- Apply company policies and procedures, promoting safe work practices and compliance with laws and regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 year of property management maintenance experience preferred.
- Able to perform basic arithmetic skills and operate general office equipment.
- Frequent use of general maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment.
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet Atria motor vehicle policy standards.
