Reports to: Golf Operations Supervisor

Job Class: Regular Part-time, Non-exempt

Work Hours: Variable schedule, up to 19 hours per week.

Compensation: $15.00

Position Summary:

The Registrar I (Golf) will serve as the first point of contact for the public at the Addison Park District's golf facilities. This role will be responsible for registering patrons for programs and events, processing transactions, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Register patrons for golf programs and events using the Park District's registration software.
• Process transactions, including taking payment and providing receipts.
• Follow proper cash handling procedures and policies.
• Assist with facility maintenance and organization.
• Establish good working relationships with staff, patrons, and the community.

Requirements:

• Must be 16 years of age.
• General knowledge of word processing and general office operations.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Working Conditions:

• Frequent walking, standing, and reaching.
• General work area is indoors, in a smoke-free environment with controlled temperature and fluorescent lighting.
