Responsibilities:
  • Greet and direct clients and visitors by phone, email, or in person.
  • Provide administrative support to the MBE team, including correspondence, scheduling appointments, and coordinating events.
  • Assist clients with requests for information, document delivery, and payments.
  • Prepare paperwork and deliver tax returns to clients.
  • Support payroll processing as needed.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous experience in a related receptionist or administrative support role.
