This role is pivotal in ensuring optimal levels of materials, hardware, and consumables while effectively managing excess supplies and integrating incoming shipments into the MRP system.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Conduct essential inventory cycle counts to verify stock levels across various locations.
  • Maintain precise and current inventory records, including transfers and cycle counts.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical stock and recorded data through the MRP system.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational procedures, aiming to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy by comparing packing slips with purchase orders, and addressing any discrepancies with the relevant departments.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper labeling of all storage areas, bins, and aisles.
  • Input the locations of received materials into the MRP system.
  • Work alongside material handlers to facilitate the receipt and transfer of products to designated locations.
  • Review production schedules to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in MRP systems.
  • Experience in warehouse operations.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with standard office equipment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Ability to obtain a forklift license.
