Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hospice RN to join our team at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice. As a national leader in home-based care, we are committed to providing exceptional patient care and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating patient care, assessing patient needs, and implementing the interdisciplinary care plan. They will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure delivery of care is compliant with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing education.
  • Must be licensed in the state where they currently practice.
  • Must have at least one year experience as a licensed registered nurse (RN).
  • Must have basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
Requirements
  • Must possess a valid state driver license.
  • Must maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
  • Must maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
  • Must be able to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
  • Must possess CPR certification for the healthcare provider.
