We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to lead our cloud data solutions efforts. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals and drive innovation in the field of data architecture.

As a Data Architect at Gridiron IT, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and efficient data architectures that meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop data solutions that align with their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, data governance, and data integration. They will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to think critically and solve complex problems.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud-based data architectures that support scalability, security, and performance.
  • Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures that ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate data pipelines and ensure seamless data flow.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members to help them grow and develop in their roles.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in data architecture, cloud computing, and data governance.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with data integration tools such as Apache NiFi, Talend, or Informatica PowerCenter.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $175,000-$205,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), disability & ADD insurance, life and pet insurance, to eligible employees.
