Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in a hospice setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient goals
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- 1 year of experience in a hospice setting, 2 years preferred
- Valid RN license in the state of MA
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS certification
- Eligible to work in the United States
