Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor and employment laws and regulations
  • Conduct regular audits of company policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance
  • Stay updated on changes in labor and employment law and advise management on necessary adjustments

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in at least the state of residence
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in employment law, preferably in an in-house legal department or law firm
