We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at WellStar Health System, Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading and managing nursing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient services.

• Provide direct patient care and supervise nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient services.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
• Lead and manage nursing staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and services.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

• Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; BSN preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
