Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and manage diseases affecting the retina, macula, and vitreous.
2. Perform advanced surgical procedures for conditions such as retinal detachment and diabetic retinopathy.
3. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create tailored care plans for patients.
4. Educate patients on disease management and preventive measures.
5. Engage in clinical research to contribute to the field of retina specialty.
6. Stay informed about the latest advancements in retina care.
7. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while maintaining high standards of patient care.
Qualifications:
1. Doctor of Medicine (MD) from an accredited institution.
2. Board-eligible or board-certified in ophthalmology.
3. Fellowship training in vitreoretinal diseases and surgery is preferred.
4. Open to both experienced and recent graduates.
5. Strong surgical and diagnostic skills with the ability to handle complex cases.
6. Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
7. Interest in clinical research and advancing the retina specialty.
8. Valid and unrestricted medical license.
