Job Summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Collision Estimator to perform various duties, including:

  • Writing detailed estimates for vehicle repairs
  • Conducting process reviews to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Checking in customer vehicles and completing final paperwork
  • Finalizing total loss administration and providing post-repair plan communication
  • Updating customers on vehicle status while adhering to Caliber safety rules and company standards

Requirements

  • 2+ years of collision estimating experience, with sales experience preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license
  • Must be eligible for coverage under Caliber's company insurance policy
  • Must possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License

Key Skills and Abilities

  • Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
  • Experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software
  • Advanced understanding of the repair process and procedures
  • Strong sales orientation and ability to understand instructions
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
