Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Guest Service: Deliver an unparalleled guest experience by ensuring that all guests receive fast, friendly, and accommodating service.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Environment: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bus stands, wait stations, and restrooms.
  • Support Bartenders and Cocktail Staff: Assist bartenders and cocktail staff with maintaining area cleanliness and providing necessary support to ensure efficient service.
  • Restock and Prepare Supplies: Restock and prepare supplies for shift change and closing procedures.
  • Assist with Party Setup and Breakdown: Assist with setting up and breaking down parties, including cleaning and resetting tables.
  • Deliver Food and Beverages: Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Clear and Reset Tables: Clear and reset tables, including removing trash and cleaning high chairs and booster chairs.
  • Assist with Guest Requests: Assist guests with requests, including refilling beverages and clearing away dishes and glassware.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Must be at least 16 years of age and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to clearly communicate with guests and team members.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with distracting conditions.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, move about the facility, and stand for long periods of time.
