We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Room Nurse to join our team at TriStar Summit Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and reassess patients' conditions, developing individualized plans of care to meet their unique needs.
- Administer medications, perform technical skills, and procedures as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current RN licensure by the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a compact state.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- ACLS and PALS certification within one year of employment.
- CPI certification within six months of employment.
TriStar Summit Medical Center is a 200-bed comprehensive facility serving Davidson, Wilson, and surrounding counties. We offer a full array of acute care services, including cardiology, oncology, orthopedics/spine, rehabilitation, and women's services. Our Level III Trauma Center provides emergency heart and stroke care, and we are an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI.
