Job Summary

Triumph Protection Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Uniformed Armed Agent to join our team in Truckee, CA. The ideal candidate will possess a BSIS Armed Guard Card and be comfortable responding to medical emergencies, bomb threats, and other hazardous situations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol and monitor assigned areas, reporting suspicious activities to local authorities.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras, inspect property, and monitor crowds.
  • Respond to emergencies, contacting law enforcement or fire departments as needed.
  • Investigate reports of suspicious activity and detain individuals if necessary.
  • Escort discharged staff, trespassers, and other unwelcome parties off the premises.
  • Prepare Daily Activity Reports and maintain access control procedures.

Requirements:

  • CA BSIS Exposed Firearm Permit.
  • Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to write accurate and thorough reports.
  • Customer Service Oriented.
  • Team player, punctual, and dependable, with good de-escalation skills and judgment.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Flexible schedule required, with weekend availability.
  • Authoritative verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to learn the layout of the property and buildings.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.
  • Knowledge and experience working with Excel, Word, Doc, iPhone/iPad.
  • Current BSIS guard card.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to patrol the property on foot and access areas quickly.
  • Physically able to capture and detain individuals if necessary.
  • Prolonged periods of standing.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds at a time.
