About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Nurse Practitioner, working in a dynamic and supportive environment. You'll have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary and family evidence-based care, including accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and management of health problems.
  • Administer immunizations and injections, including COVID-19 and influenza vaccines.
  • Order and administer medications, including Depo and other injectables.
  • Provide patient education and counseling on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and management.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role.
  • Minimum of two years of medically relevant experience or equivalent.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) operation.
  • Ability to speak and write in additional languages, including Spanish.
