Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Estate Sales Coordinator to join our team at Blue Moon Estate Sales of Carmel. As an Estate Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in helping us deliver exceptional results for our clients.

About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity that requires flexibility with working hours and locations. You will be responsible for:

  • Removing, sorting, and organizing items throughout clients' homes, including those in attics, basements, storage areas, etc.
  • Placing items in a logical manner throughout each home (e.g., pots in the kitchen, tools in the garage, etc.)
  • Staging items for display, creating a pop-up retail shop environment inside each residence
  • Evaluating and placing a price sticker or tag on each item or lot of items for sale
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and navigate various locations throughout Hamilton, Boone, and Marion counties
  • Reliable transportation and access to a working cell phone
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
