Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Postpartum team at HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital. As a Postpartum Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect total nursing care to assigned patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Supervise and delegate tasks to assigned personnel, ensuring that all care is delivered in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and technologies.
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a postpartum setting.
  • Current FL RN License required or recognized Compact Licensure.
  • Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support card.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program certification or obtain within 3 months of hire.
