We are seeking a highly skilled and attentive Club Floor Attendant to join our team at the Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
Responsibilities- Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet area, ensuring all tables are clean and properly set.
- Proactively pre-buss tables and promptly resolve any guest requests.
- Complete daily opening and closing duties, including cleaning and side-work according to established checklists.
- Assist fellow employees as needed throughout the shift.
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction and maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
- Ability to stand during entire shift and lift up to 100 pounds occasionally.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions.
- Flexibility to work long hours and adapt to changing situations.
