Job Description:

  • Mammography Technologist Role: As a Radiology Specialist at SimonMed Imaging, you will operate advanced mammography equipment and perform procedures while ensuring high-quality technical evaluation of films.
  • Patient Education: You will educate women about preventive breast health through regular mammography, promoting early detection and treatment of breast cancer.
  • Record Keeping and Maintenance: Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining accurate records, cleaning and adjusting equipment as needed, and working under general supervision.
  • Diverse Tasks: This role involves performing various tasks, relying on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Registration and Licensing: Requires registration as a Radiologic and Mammography Technologist by the A.R.R.T. and current Radiology and Mammography license in the State.
  • Certification and Experience: Valid hands-on CPR certification is also required.
