We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Cardiac Intensive Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Grandview Medical Center. As a critical care nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in our Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU).
Responsibilities- Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, utilizing your expertise to provide high-quality patient care.
- Perform various patient tests and administer medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
- Promote patients' independence by establishing care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
- Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Experience in critical care nursing, preferably in a cardiac or intensive care setting.
