As a seasoned Pediatric Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care at PeaceHealth St. John Medical Center. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work with a highly dedicated team, fostering professional growth and community-oriented values.

  • This is a 2x 12-hour nightshifts per week and 1x 24-hour onsite shift once every 2 weeks role.
  • No call responsibilities are associated with this position.
  • You will be part of a broad scope practice where you can expect a wide range of responsibilities including diagnosing, treating, prescribing, and admitting/transferring patients.
  • The ideal candidate will have at least 3 to 5 years of Neonatal NP experience.
  • A strong background in developmental and/or behavioral pediatrics is required.
  • Familiarity with standardized developmental assessment tools is preferred.
  • Compensation for this role is estimated to be between $131,000 and $154,000 per year.
  • Your salary guarantee will be based on your years of experience.
  • A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered.
  • Education/loan forgiveness options are available.
