Job Summary:

The United States Postal Service is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Mail Processing Specialist. As a Mail Processing Specialist, you will play a critical role in the processing and delivery of mail and packages across the country.

Key Responsibilities:

Sort and process mail and packages in a timely and efficient manner
Operate mail processing equipment, including automated sorting machines and conveyor belts
Ensure accurate and efficient delivery of mail and packages to customers
Collaborate with other team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Strong communication and teamwork skills
