Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 patient care, including administering medications, charting progress, and communicating with additional care providers.
- Develop meaningful long-term relationships with patients and their families.
- Work independently to provide care, utilizing skills and expertise to ensure patient well-being.
- Document patient information electronically and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing and currently licensed in the state(s) in which practicing.
- Maintains a current CPR certification.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification (preferred).
- Pediatric experience (preferred).
- Competitive hourly rate: $25.00/hour.
