Qualifications:

  • Education/Training: Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited Residency training program in Urology.

  • Clinical Experience (Initial): Documentation of urological surgery services provided in the previous year is required.
  • Clinical Experience (Reappointment): Documentation of clinical services provided in the past 24 months is necessary, based on ongoing professional practice evaluation and outcomes.
  • Fellowship Training: We welcome Urology trained physicians without Fellowship, as well as fellowship-trained candidates focusing on at least 50% Bread and Butter Urology, including:
    • Robotic & Laparoscopic Surgery
    • Urologic Oncology
    • Stone Disease and Advanced Endourology
    • Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery
    • Male Infertility/Microsurgery/Andrology
