Soar Autism Center is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Technician to join our team in providing exceptional care to children with autism.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the highest standards of the profession.
- Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles.
- Foster strong relationships with families, providing regular updates on their child's progress within the ABA framework.
- Engage in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
- Strong preference for enrollment in or completion of a degree program, with a bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields.
- Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification, with paid training provided by Soar Autism Center.
- Previous experience working with children and a genuine enjoyment of working with children.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A competitive hourly rate of $20.50-$26.00, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities.
