Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Acts Retirement-Life Communities. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations, planning individual treatment programs and goals, actual treatments, discharge planning, and performing other related duties as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Document resident progress and treatment plans in accordance with company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Valid Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
  • Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment is preferred
