We are seeking a Medical Screener to join our team at CSL Plasma. As a Medical Screener, you will be responsible for greeting donors, conducting registration procedures, and ensuring the safety and well-being of our donors.

• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process, including assessing health history, answering medical questions, and performing health screening procedures.
• Conduct finger stick tests to obtain donor hematocrit and total protein levels.
• May educate new donors on the use of therapeutic products made from donated plasma.
• Ensure accurate recording of donor data in the electronic donor information management system.
• Maintain a clean and efficient work environment, and ensure sufficient operating supplies and forms are available as needed.
• Follow all Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and procedures.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in a medical or health provider environment.
• Ability to understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions.
• Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines.
• Must be able to see and speak with customers and observe equipment operation.
