Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater/Packer to join our team at a custom sheet metal fabricator in Grand Rapids. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for powder coating and packaging manufactured products with standard finishes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform production spray operations, including powder coating of manufactured products.
  • Rotate positions throughout the shift to ensure efficient production.
  • Properly package and label finished products for shipment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth production.
  • Adhere to all safety and health guidelines enforced by the company.
Requirements
  • Eye for quality and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to stand for 8-10 hours and lift up to 55 lbs.
  • Repetitive lifting of 20lbs throughout the shift.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Production spray operations experience.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
