About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Behavior Technician. As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients with autism spectrum disorder.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ABA therapy to clients in a center-based or home-based setting
  • Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self-help skills
  • Collect data to monitor client progress
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues
  • Attend meetings, trainings, and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills
