As a Registered Nurse in our Nursery Level II, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and perform unit activities under the direction of the Registered Professional Nurse.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as hygiene, elimination needs, ambulation, and nourishment.
- Take vital signs, perform blood sugar testing, and report significant changes to the Registered Nurse.
- Document patient data in the medical record in a timely manner.
- Ensure a safe environment for staff and patients.
- Perform duties as assigned under the direction of the RN.
Requirements:
- CPR training required.
- Phlebotomy training and experience preferred.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Six months of experience as a Nursing Assistant, or is a Nursing student currently enrolled in a formal program who has successfully completed at least one clinical rotation.
