Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multilingual Speech Therapist to join our team as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in a local school setting. This is a full-time contract position that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the academic and personal growth of students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluation and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based treatments for communication disorders, ensuring accurate diagnosis and effective treatment plans.
  • Individualized Care: Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address the unique needs of patients, promoting optimal communication and language skills.
  • Education and Training: Educate patients and their families on the causes and impact of speech disorders, empowering them with knowledge and skills to support their loved ones.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, care plans, and therapy sessions, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in the field of Speech Language Pathology, with a preference for candidates with experience working in a school setting.
  • Education: Possession of a master's degree in Speech Language Pathology is mandatory, with full accreditation (CCC) highly desirable. Completion of at least the Clinical Fellowship Year is a requirement.
