Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Total Care Therapy. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and regain independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide occupational therapy services to clients, including activities of daily living, functional mobility, range of motion, strength, coordination, and cognitive/perceptual remediation.
  • Travel to facilities or residential locations to complete patient evaluations and follow-up visits.
  • Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs).
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
Requirements
  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) with a valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage.
  • CPR/BLS certification.
  • Reliable transportation.
